Entity Information
GetMore Value Thrift and Loans Cooperative Society Limited is a registered cooperative society in Nigeria. We are not a commercial bank, microfinance bank, or deposit-taking financial institution.
Nature of Service
- Savings held through GetMore Value are cooperative thrift contributions, not bank deposits.
- Interest paid on savings is determined by the cooperative's management and is not guaranteed.
- Past returns do not guarantee future performance.
Fund Safety
- Member funds (wallet balances) are held in trust accounts with NDIC-insured commercial banks.
- GetMore Value does not commingle member funds with operational funds.
- The cooperative maintains adequate liquidity reserves to meet withdrawal requests.
Loan Disclosures
- Interest rates: short-term (10% flat for 30 days), long-term (5%/month reducing balance).
- Failure to repay may result in deduction from guarantors' savings.
- Defaulted loans may be reported to credit bureaus.
- The cooperative reserves the right to adjust interest rates with notice.
VTU & Bill Payment
- VTU services are provided through third-party aggregators.
- Service availability and pricing depend on upstream providers.
- GetMore Value acts as a reseller and does not control network delivery.
EasyNeccie Marketplace
- GetMore Value is not the seller of products on the marketplace.
- Products are sold by independent store owners (merchants).
- Cashback rates are set by individual merchants and may change without notice.
- Product quality disputes should be resolved directly with the merchant.
Risks
- No system is entirely risk-free. Technology failures or force majeure may temporarily affect service.
- Regulatory changes in Nigeria may affect how cooperative services are offered.
Regulatory Status
GetMore Value operates under the Nigerian Cooperative Societies Act. We are subject to oversight by the relevant state cooperative registrar. We are not regulated by the CBN or SEC.
