1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetMore Value platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Cooperative Membership
By creating an account, you become a member of GetMore Value Technologies Limited Thrift and Loans Cooperative Society. Membership entitles you to savings plans, loan facilities, VTU services, and the EasyNeccie cashback program subject to eligibility requirements. By becoming a member of the Cooperative, members have willingly, entrusted their money with the Cooperative with attendant risks associated with entrepreneurial business ventures.
5. Savings & Interest
Interest rates on savings plans are set by the cooperative's management and may be adjusted from time to time. The Management of the Cooperative shall trade with the savings, issue out loans or carry out any lawful businesses to generate interest for members. Interest is accrued weekly and compounded upon request. The management of the Cooperative will ensure members get good yield for their savings. However, depending on the fortunes of the business, the Management may adjust the percentage interest without prior notice to members due to unforseen circumstances. Such changes must be communicated to members within one week. The changes must not necessarily affect the Members principal Savings. Note: As with all businesses, members must be aware that there can be profit or loss. Early withdrawal short of term may lead to forfeiture of accrued interest or service penalty of 40 percent of savings depending on saving plan terms.
6. Loans
Loan approval is subject to eligibility criteria and availability of funds and members financial character including savings history and guarantor availability. Interest rates and repayment schedules are disclosed before acceptance. Failure to repay may result in deduction from guarantor savings and reporting to credit bureaus.
7. Wallet & Transactions
Funds in your wallet are held with our NDIC-insured banking partners. The cooperative is not a bank and does not hold deposits directly. Transaction fees may apply to certain operations as disclosed in the app subject to review from time to time and communicated to members.
8. EasyNeccie Cashback
Cashback rates are set by partner merchants and may change without notice. Cashback is credited upon merchant confirmation of purchase. An active savings plan is required to earn cashback.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount of funds held in your wallet at the time of any claim.
12. There shall be online, physical or hybrid Annual General meeting and emergency meeting called by the Management. Members can also request for a meeting if issues are not resolved on the WhatsApp platform or emails.
13. The Management is comprised of 7 members including the CEO of GETMORE VALUE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as President, a Vice President, Company Secretary, Financial Secretary/Treasurer, Auditor, and Two other willing cooped Members.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the cooperative's dispute resolution mechanism before recourse to the courts.
