1. VTU Services (Airtime, Data, Cable, Electricity)
- If a transaction fails and value is not delivered, your wallet is automatically refunded within 5 minutes.
- If auto-refund does not occur, contact support with the transaction reference.
- Successfully delivered VTU transactions cannot be reversed.
2. Wallet Funding
- Allow up to 30 minutes for processing via payment gateways.
- If funds are debited from your bank but not credited after 30 minutes, contact support with proof of payment.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. EasyNeccie Purchases
- Refunds are at the discretion of the merchant (store owner).
- Cashback earned on a refunded purchase will be reversed from your wallet.
- Disputes should be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
4. Loan Repayments
Loan repayment debits are final and cannot be refunded. If you believe an incorrect amount was debited, contact support immediately.
5. Withdrawal Requests
Once a withdrawal is marked as paid and processed, it cannot be reversed. If you receive a bank credit for the wrong amount, contact support with evidence.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address or member number
- Transaction reference number
- Description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, bank statements)
